A person has tragically lost his life after falling from the third floor of a building under construction while he was at work.

The spokesperson of the regional police for Prizren, Shaqir Bytyqi, told KosovaPress that the case happened around 17:25 on "Besim Shala" street in Prizren.

"The victim was sent to the emergency room of the Regional Hospital of Prizren, where he died as a result of his injuries. The victim is JK, a 48-year-old male from Prizren," he said.

The state prosecutor and all responsible units have been informed about the case, which have gone to the scene and are examining the place and collecting evidence and testimonies from the scene.
