Kurti has said that in one of the most important localities, Ulpiana, where the dedication inscription from Emperor Justinian to Dardania was discovered last year, research is expanding and excavations are continuing towards new discoveries.

In cooperation with the United States of America, the project of treating the archaeological site in Dresnik in Klina is continuing, while just a short time after the beginning of the archaeological excavations in Vučak Castle in Drenas, a Roman altar from the first half of the 3rd century after Christ.

The object is a spolia reused in the construction of the fortress of the Justinian period (AD 527-565). The altar is of special importance and indicates that there is continuity of life from prehistory, antiquity to the Middle Ages.

There were also important findings in the vicinity of the Hisar archaeological site in Suhareka. Excavations in this space have brought data on the late Eneolithic culture, also the Illyrian-Dardan period in some areas of the locality.
