The Prishtina Basic Court, General Department - Division for Criminal Cases has set the measure of one month's detention against the defendants JM, PG, PH and MM because they are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm as accomplices.

There is a well-founded suspicion that yesterday, around 03:37, on the street "Dervish Çollaku" - Industrial Zone in Prishtina, after a dispute inside the discotheque with AN, the defendants came out in front of the entrance of the discotheque and waited until the injured person came out and hit with hard tools (bricks) causing physical injuries.

The court assessed that the conditions for the appointment of detention have been met, since if the defendants are released, there is a risk of their escape, the impact on witnesses, and the same may repeat the criminal offense.

Against this decision, the dissatisfied parties have the right to appeal to the Court of Appeal, through the Basic Court in Pristina.
