The National Center for Border Management has announced that the two border points between Kosovo and Serbia, Merdarja and Bërnjaku, continue to be closed.

In defense of life and for the safety of all our citizens, even this point like the one in Bërnjak will be closed until such selective and fascist actions are stopped and the situation fully normalized," the minister wrote last night. The head of the so-called association of citizens of Mitrovica District for Kosovo, Rasha Rojevic, has announced that the blockade will be organized by local associations of citizens from Kosovo.
"The blockade will begin at 18:00 on September 6 and will last until the Kosovo police forces are withdrawn from the north of Kosovo. We also demand that KFOR take control of the north of Kosovo", he said.
