The Executive Board of the Kosovo Olympic Committee has decided to reward Kosovar athletes this time for their success and participation in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The Olympic team won the silver medal with Distria Krasniq and the bronze medal with Laura Fazliu, both from the sport of judo.

Both Olympic medalists, in addition to the state award, will also be awarded by the KOK with 10 euros each. Their coach, Driton Kuka, will be rewarded with 5 thousand euros.

Akil Gjakova's fifth place was also considered a success, which is also the biggest success in the men's competition for our Olympic teams. Achilles will be allocated 4 thousand euros.

Olympic champion Tokyo 2020, Nora Gjakova, judoka Loriana Kuka and boxer Donjeta Sadiku, who qualified with the Olympic standard, will be awarded with 1 thousand euros each, while participants with universal invitation, swimmers Hana Beiqi and Adell Shabovic and athlete Gresa Bakraqi , they will be entitled to 500 euros. In total, the allocated amount is 33.500 euros.
