The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (AKP) held today the opening ceremony of sales offers number 68 through the liquidation method and announced the provisional winners for the assets of Social Enterprises that were available for sale.

According to the KPA, for 46 assets that were for sale, a total of 56 offers were accepted and the total value of the highest offers was 1 million 534 thousand 817 euros.

"The submission of offers by investors, the opening of offers and the publication of the results were done in a transparent manner, in front of the media representatives, as well as the investors present. The ceremony was also broadcast live through the official website of the Kosovo Privatization Agency: www.pak-ks.org, making it possible to watch the ceremony for all interested citizens who were not present in the hall", the communiqué states.

It is further stated that the results of the tenders can be found on the KPA website: www.pak-ks.org.

The Kosovo Privatization Agency was established by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo and is spread and operates throughout the territory of the country. The agency has the mandate and authority to sell or transfer social enterprises and their assets to private investors always through an open, transparent, competitive and delay-free process.
