On Monday, the Albanian national team officially started preparations for the two matches against Ukraine (September 7, "Epet Arena") and Georgia (September 10, "Air Albania"), valid for the new edition of the League of Nations.

In the context of these two important challenges for the red and blacks, midfielder Arbër Hoxha spoke about Albania's objectives in this competition and how the National Team's preparations are going.

Hoxha said that the team is preparing as much as possible to get positive results in these first two matches of Albania in the League of Nations. The red and black midfielder evaluates the two opponents while showing the national team's objectives in this new edition of the League of Nations, which is the first place in the group. Among other things, Hoxha calls on the Albanian fans to be present at the "Air Albania" stadium in the match against Georgia on September 10.

"First, I want to focus on the first match against Ukraine, which we have on September 7. It is a strong opponent, it has very quality players in its ranks. We still have a few days to prepare the match and focus 100% to achieve a positive result in this match. It's a great feeling because it's my first match at the "Air Albania" stadium. I call on the Albanians to be as numerous as possible and fill the stadium", said Hoxha.

Albania's objective in the League of Nations?

"Considering that it is a very good opportunity for the World Cup, why not rank first. We have very strong teams in the group, but we will always give our best for our national team", said Hoxha.
