In the announcement of the enterprise, it is stated that the Disciplinary Commission has confirmed that the same has committed a serious violation of work duties.

"On 26.8.2024, the Disciplinary Commission held a public hearing regarding the case of Mr. VG based on the request for the initiation of the disciplinary procedure with no. prot: 1480 of dt. 9.11.2023, after holding the public review, the Disciplinary Commission has confirmed that it has committed a serious violation of work duties from Article 10 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.5, 1.8, 1.16, 1.24, 1.39 and 1.52 of Regulation no. prot. 2906 dt. 30.7.2020 for the disciplinary and material responsibility of the employees of Trepça Sh.A.

A week ago, the acting chief executive officer of the Trepça company, Faton Ahmeti, temporarily fired a worker with the initials Xh.T.
