A robbery at gunpoint took place today on "Gazmend Zajmi" street, in Pristina, in a microfinance institution.

The news for KosovaPress was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Police for the region of Pristina, Flora Ahmeti.

"Today around 08:30 it was reported about a robbery that happened in a microfinance institution, on the street "Gazmend Zajmi" in Prishtina. "After receiving the information, the police went to the scene and based on the first information, it is suspected that a masked person at gunpoint robbed a sum of money," she said.

According to Ahmeti, the Police has initiated an investigation related to the case and started taking the necessary police actions in order to clarify the circumstances of the case as well as to identify and arrest the suspect.
