Abdixhiku says that on February 9, the energy mafia falls
Chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku citing the Special Prosecutor's charge against Nagip Krasniqi and the investigation against Martin Berishaj, he said that the energy mafia has deep roots in the populist government.
According to him, both Nagipi and Martini had received public protection from Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
"After February 9, the independent investigations of a legal system without populist pressure will also shed light on all the secret tenders. We have raised enough facts for the other 113 SECRET tenders in KEK, and over 877 others throughout the Government for three years - almost one a day", he wrote.

ON FEBRUARY 9 THE ENERGY MAFIA FALLS
- Nagip Krasniqi, appointed by the ruling party to head the KEK, is accused by the Special Prosecution of negotiating a SECRET TENDER worth 3.4 million euros.
- This secret tender was negotiated when Block A5 was out of operation for a full 9 months. At that time, during the winter, Kosovo bought electricity from 1 MILLION EUROS PER DAY; every day!
- All this value was paid by the citizens of Kosovo. Because the Government, through the Regulator, had increased energy prices by 100%.
- Martin Berishaj, also ambassador, is being investigated today for the mediation done for the purchase of energy. For this work, he was awarded 2 million euros by GEN-I based in Belgrade. Martin Berishaj had withdrawn 1.5 MILLION EUROS in cash from a bank in Pristina.
- Just as Nagipi and Martini had received public protection from the Prime Minister - who had appointed them both; one in KEK, the other ambassador in Croatia.
The energy mafia has deep roots in the populist government. That is why they receive public protection. That is why the Media Prosecutor's Office is attacked. They give this protection because they feel invulnerable. The arrogance of the 51% has created this self-confidence from the strong.
