The chairman of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, has criticized the current prime minister of the country, Albin Kurti, for his actions in the north of the country.
Former Prime Minister Haradinaj also mentioned the release of Kurt from the Serbian prison after the war. According to Haradinaj, his release was made possible by the then president of Serbia, Vjoslav Kostunica, as he said 'only for an Albanian, for Mr. Albin Kurti'.
"Don't forget one fact, Vojsallav Kostunica is a professor of the Constitution. Thus, being a professor and president of Serbia, he signed the pardon for only one Albanian, for Mr. Albin Kurti. Kostunica as a professor of Constitution, it's hard to believe that he signed the course for Kurti without the necessary material. I, too, see these as interrelated and the consequences ongoing. All the work that Kurti has done in the north, they were not even mentioned and were done without any incident and without any deterioration of relations with our allies. He does all this by hiding the patriotic deficit, by hiding his dubious path and his dubious agenda. There would be no greater victory than if Kosovo was a member of NATO and no one in the north dared to bully me," Haradinaj stressed.
Haradinaj also criticized Prime Minister Kurti and Interior Minister Xelal for their actions Sveçla regarding the issue of the Ibri Bridge.
He further emphasized that the Americans are not that the bridge should be shot, according to him, "they want more than anyone, but they don't want the north to be divided".
"I had shot the bridge two or three years ago, four years of government the bridge was forgotten. Today it comes down to saying "don't endanger my soldiers." These people are endangering the country, the country's vital alliances, and these people should go home. His northern card is only to hide the patriotic deficit and to hide his double agenda, because this is the excuse of President Kostunica. How is it possible that only one prisoner has been pardoned... The Americans don't want the bridge to be shot, they want it more than anyone, but they don't want the north to be divided. This (Kurti) has made scenarios of any incidents there, the dividing line has strengthened. Someone knows this... Mitrovica is not alone, the north is not alone, because they are the ones who have all been, and have been with Mitrovica and the north all their lives", he said.
The President of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj with the partners of the Coalition AAK-Nisma-Conservatives and E-30, in a press conference after the announcement of the general elections, emphasized that on February 9, 2025, Kosovo has made a big change , where according to him, normality will return to the country.
