The management of Trepça fires a worker
The acting chief executive officer of the Trepça company, Faton Ahmeti, has temporarily fired a worker with the initials Xh.T.
The management of Trepça announces that he left his job on Friday of last week, based on the Regulation on the disciplinary and material responsibility of employees of Trepça Sh.A.
"On 16.8.2024 Mr. Xh.T. was temporarily dismissed from work by decision of the UD Chief Executive with no. prot: 4531, based on article 73 par. 1, subsection 1.1 of Law no. 03/L-212 of Labor as well as article 19 par.1, subsection 1.1 of Regulation no.prot: 2906 dated 30.7.2020 for the disciplinary and material responsibility of employees of Trepça Sh.A", the announcement states.
KosovaPress has requested an answer from the management of Trepça about the reasons for the dismissal of the worker in question, but so far they have not answered.
