Jasmine Gerhardt has been crowned Miss Ireland in November 2023, and she will represent Ireland in the next edition of Miss World.

The Irish beauty in an interview for "Irish Independent" has shown how she had traveled twice to Kosovo to get the right dress to participate in the competitions.

She has praised the designers of Kosovo and Albania.

Gerhardt has shown that it is very expensive to compete in Miss Ireland and Miss World, while he said that most of the contestants are getting their dresses in Kosovo and Albania.

“I won in my third Miss Ireland pageant and my parents said 'this is the last time. I was dragging them halfway around the world to buy dresses. We went to Kosovo twice to get my dress for the Miss Ireland pageant. I've been studying beauty pageants for many years and I've seen what other girls from other countries were doing at Miss Ireland and Miss Universe and many of them were buying dresses in Kosovo and Albania because the dresses there are amazing," said Gerhardt.
