The Ministry of Health has appealed to citizens to be careful during these days when high temperatures are prevailing in our country. Also, the National Institute of Public Health has given advice to protect yourself from high temperatures and heat

Forecasts of meterologists are that during this week the temperatures will be high again and they can negatively affect the health and well-being of citizens, especially vulnerable groups.

"Avoid going outside and doing heavy activities during the hottest time of the day," informs IKSHP.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health asks citizens to follow the recommendations given by MOH and IKSHP to protect health.

"Dear citizens, due to the prevailing high temperatures, please follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the National Institute of Public Health to protect your health. Depending on the development of the meteorological situation, if necessary, the Ministry of Health will take measures to limit the working hours", the announcement states.

The Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo announces that this week is also expected to be hot, as a result of the presence of hot air masses originating from North Africa. Maximum temperatures are expected to be up to 36 degrees Celsius.
