Representatives of the village of Shipitulle in Obiliq, as a sign of protest for the expropriations, have placed banners with stickers near the Special Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Economy and the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK) in Pristina. In these letters are listed the names of persons who are accusing them of theft and attempted theft, and corrupt affairs of millions of euros. These residents have not declared themselves to the media.

Several times now, the residents are expressing their displeasure regarding the expropriations, for which they have requested that they be done from the beginning.
