A clash between the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Hysen Durmishi and the chairman of LDK, Lumir Abdixhiku has encouraged the construction of the road to the mountains of Mokna in the municipality of Istog.

Deputy Minister Durmishi responded to the chairman Abdixhikut, as the latter said today that the construction of the road in that part is an investment by the municipality of Istog, which is governed by the mayor Ilir Ferati, the political entity of the LDK

In Durmishi's reaction, it is said that "the Mokna road is a project of the Ministry of Infrastructure".

"Lumir, don't cheat! Since the morning, from Istog, he started the day with tricks. Mokna road is not a local project but a complete investment of our ministry. You did the same thing in Peja last year as you did today in Istog. In the municipalities where you govern, you cannot find any local level project to take a photo or video, therefore wherever you go, the direct investments of the Government of Kosovo, you are trying to present them as local projects", he said. he asserted.

According to Durmisht, "you constantly complain about the lack of capital investments, but wherever you go, you see concrete projects being implemented in those municipalities".

It is further stated that "We do not discriminate against municipalities. We do not discriminate against Istog either. Over 10 million euros of investments are being made by our ministry in Istog and we will continue with investments in the future. We are doing this for the citizens to have an easier time developing tourism and an easier and safer movement in traffic", writes Hyseni.

At the end of Hysen's response, it is also said that "Mokna, Lugu i melje and other areas in Istog will become important tourist sites due to the investments made by the Government of Kosovo, and these good works will Lumiri and all the citizens of Kosovo are also happy".

Meanwhile, during the day, the chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku wrote about the road being built to the mountain of Mokna, adding that Kosovo needs such projects.

"Good morning from Istog. From Bjeshka e Mokna and the new road of 19.1 kilometers that is being built there. A new tourism corridor, a concrete work model that really matters! And our country needs these policies and projects. Other dry topics, full of rancor and hatred, swearing and clashes, are holding the state and society hostage - for four years now. LDK has a different vision. That of development, well-being, works that leave a mark and are remembered! This project, one of many developed only at the local level, is like that!", he wrote Abdixhiku on Facebook.
