The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has met the leading structures of the American Chamber of Commerce.

The coordinated promotion of Kosovo's economic potential and the strengthening of the public-private dialogue were the topics of discussion at this meeting.

Speaking before the members of the Board of Governors and the members of the Governing Council of the Arbitration Center of the American Chamber, President Osmani emphasized the importance of the public-private dialogue as a process for the good of Kosovo and in the service of the economic development of Kosovo. In connection with this, she encouraged the active involvement of the private sector by offering concrete recommendations. She said that the door of the President's Office will always be open to representatives of the private sector, demonstrating her willingness for support and coordinated efforts. The president said that by strengthening the private sector in the country, we make it even more attractive in terms of employment.

Meanwhile, speaking about the population of Kosovo, which continues to be the youngest population in Kosovo, President Vjosa Osmani said that human capital is the most important asset of Kosovo.

In connection with this, President Osmani emphasized the need to invest in the continuous development of human capital.

Through a press release, it is announced that the head of the state, Vjosa Osmani, also spoke about the role and extraordinary contribution of emigrants in the economic development of Kosovo.

In the meeting, which was also attended by representatives of the Embassy of the United States of America and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), President Osmani spoke about the overestimated contribution of the US to economic empowerment, but and international subjectivity, including membership in important international organizations and conventions.

Speaking about the justice sector in the country, President Vjosa Osmani said that the progress in the economic and social aspects should also be accompanied by the continuous strengthening of the justice sector, both in terms of professionalism and integrity, in order so that the private sector and other segments of society can increase trust in justice institutions and promote legal predictability.

President Vjosa Osmani Sadriu also spoke about the importance of coordinating efforts to promote investment potential in Kosovo.
