The Kosovo Privatization Agency (AKP) announces that it has withdrawn from the sales tender Unit no. 15 Apiko-Lokali (former warehouse), in Pristina. This asset was intended to be sold through Asset Sale through Liquidation no. 67, which will be held on July 31, 2024, while the withdrawal from the sale was made by decision of the Board of Directors of the PAK.

List of assets that are for sale through Asset Sale no. 67 includes assets of social enterprises from different regions of Kosovo and can be found on the KPA website: www.pak-ks.org.

The submission of bids will be held on July 31, 2024 in the hall of the Grand Hotel in Pristina, when the bid opening ceremony will also be held.
