Despite the absence of the chairman and vice-chairman, the Investigative Committee on school textbooks is continuing its meeting.

The members of the commission from the majority appointed deputy Arjeta Fejza as the chairperson of today's meeting, but this was considered illegal and inconsistent with the Assembly Regulations by LDK deputy Hykmete Bajrami, who had come to be interviewed in the capacity of the former minister of Education.

She said that she cannot answer the questions of the deputies of the government as they become part of the legal violation.

According to her, the chairperson and deputy chairperson are appointed only by the plenary session and not by the commission.

Despite this, the deputies from the majority insisted that their action is in accordance with the law on parliamentary investigation. The former Minister of Education, Ramë Likaj, is currently being interviewed.
