Heads of state react to the successes of Distria Krasniqi: There is no stopping, surely towards gold
Kosovar judoka Distria Krasniqi won her second match at the "Paris 2024" Olympic Games. Already, she has gone to the semi-finals, defeating the Israeli, Gefen Primo.
And for its two victories, the party of the Kosovo team has started in France, together with the president Vjosa Osmani.
"The fight has not stopped! Surely towards gold!", wrote Vjosa Osmani on Facebook.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti also reacted when the Olympic champion, Distria Krasniqi, managed to defeat her first opponent, Maryam Maharani from Indonesia, after only a few seconds.
"Some judo matches in Paris are lasting shorter than four minutes. Any rarely about a minute. One of them not even a minute, only 39 seconds! How is it possible? Krasniqi District, Republic of Kosovo", wrote Albin Kurti on Facebook.
Otherwise, in the last Olympics, Distria Krasniqi, together with Nora Gjakova, brought gold medals to Kosovo.
