The Democratic Party of Kosovo has declared about the invitation of President Vjosa Osmani for a consultative meeting with political parties to set the date of regular elections in Kosovo.
In a media conference, the General Secretary of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Vlora Çitaku, has confirmed that this party has already received the invitation for a meeting, where they will present their position.
Otherwise, President Vjosa Osmani yesterday officially invited the leaders of the political parties to meet them on July 31 for consultations on setting the date of the elections. Osmani stated that based on the Constitution and the Law on general elections, the elections should be held during the period January 26-February 16, 2025.
