The Spanish magazine "20 Minutos" has ranked Albania among the five most beautiful and affordable destinations to spend the holidays in 2024.

When we plan a trip outside of Spain, the first thing we think is that it will cost us a lot.

And it doesn't have to be like that - as some destinations - which have not yet been affected by mass tourism - offer dream vacations without spending a lot.

In all these destinations – you can enjoy a relaxing summer for around 40 euros per day, including accommodation, food and local transport.

In countries like (Albania, Greece, Armenia, Slovakia, Laos) – mostly in Eastern Europe – you can enjoy unforgettable holidays without spending a lot of money.

There are countless reasons to visit Albania and one of them is your budget.

You will find very cheap prices during your visit to the Mediterranean country, although this is not the most important reason, as its small territory is full of gems to discover.

Located on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, in the north of Greece and in front of Italy, at the moment few tourists know the great treasures it houses.

There are many interesting places to visit, from the picturesque Berat, located on a hill and known as the "city of one over one windows", to the magnificent Albanian Riviera, comparable to the Italian coast, but much more affordable.

And what's more, Albania is full of charming little towns that are worth exploring at a slower pace./ATSH
