The Minister of Education Arbërie Nagavci has today signed the administrative instruction for the assessment of the suitability of the holders of study programs from the ranks of non-majority communities and the holders of study programs in the fields of art.

She said that through this instruction it is possible to support the study programs of non-majority communities at the University of Prizren and the University of Peja, as well as the arts programs at the University of Pristina and other higher education institutions for the next three years until they they raise human capacities.

"The request for this instruction was mainly from these three universities. These universities will make all the necessary preparations for the beginning of the new academic year as well as the announcement of competitions for students in accordance with the legislation in force", wrote Nagavci on Facebook.

She announced that MESTI is at the end of the process of completing the by-laws originating from the Law on KAA, which is in full harmony with European quality standards.
