In the next elections for the Assembly of Kosovo, according to the new Law on General Elections, the voter has the right to choose up to 10 candidates for deputies of a political entity.

In the last elections, this number was at most up to 5 candidates for deputies from a political subject, but this was changed during the electoral reform completed by the Assembly of Kosovo in the summer of 2023.

This legal change was presented through a video by the Spokesman of the CEC, Valmir Elezi, who explained in detail how the ballot is filled out.

"The voting method is this: First, on the left side of the ballot, the voter must choose only one political entity and second, on the right side of the ballot, the voter can choose up to 10 candidates for deputies of that political entity . So, vote for only one political subject and up to 10 candidates for deputy", explained Elezi.
