The Commission for the Supervision of Public Finances has reviewed the audit report for the financial statements of the Air Navigation Services Agency (AShNA). In this commission, there was a clash between the chairwoman, Hykmete Bajrami, and representatives of AShNA. Bajrami stated that the audit director of this institution has left because of the director, Samir Bllacaku. The deputy of LDK also claimed that the director of air navigation received allowances for the doctorate completed abroad.

The Chairperson of the Commission for the Supervision of Public Finances, Hykmete Bajrami, said that the opinion of the ZKA is qualified, for which she mentioned the undervaluation of assets.

The LDK deputy asked for details about two payments that were made through court decisions.

The director of navigation, Samir Bllacaku, said that there have been several cases where they have made enforcement payments, with special emphasis on land expropriations inherited by AShNA from the "Adem Jashari" International Airport.

Bllacaku said that they do not accept the fourth finding of the National Audit Office.

After this statement, the deputy of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Visar Korenica, reacted, who requested that Bllacaku be careful with the judgments against the findings of the ZKA.

Bajrami added that the internal audit director has left because she was not allowed to audit the treatment system.

The director of air navigation did not agree with this, who said that this information is not true.

Bllacaku: The doctorate that I completed was worth 22 thousand dollars. Do you know how much AShNA paid for me, zero. As for my stay of 59 days in Switzerland, it is absolutely not true because if you look at the modules they were hybrid modules. I am the person who passed the modules at the office, I completed the module in Pristina. Are you letting me talk to you now?

Bajrami: If they were hybrids, are you telling me how many days you stayed?

Bllacaku: In January, I stayed for seven days, they were completely covered, because there was a donation, zero, for the high level.

Bajrami: You haven't received a salary from AShNA, because these data are released, are they released?

Bllacaku: I've had lunch...

Bajrami: Did you get a living wage, did you go to school to get a doctorate and did you get a living wage?

Bllacaku: What you are withdrawing is not a doctorate, it is a training", they said.

After the retorts between Bajram and AShNA representatives, LVV MP Halil Thaçi reacted.

Clashes between the opposition and the position have continued, when the deputy of the government Mirlinda Tishukaj Sadiku mentioned the statement of the president Hykmete Bajrami that the positions are "dishonest".
