The Government of Kosovo will submit written comments on the document of the sequencing plan of the Brussels Basic Agreement and the Ohrid annex, within the time set by the dialogue mediator, Mirosalv Lajçak. According to the executive, the Kosovar side has continuously presented concrete proposals for each point, of the versions of the sequencing plan, proving constructiveness. On the other hand, the largest opposition party, PDK, declares that Lajcak's new plan for the implementation of the agreement is worse than the previous one. Meanwhile, those familiar with the dialogue process say that the establishment of the Association can be at the center of this plan.

Klisman Kadiu, adviser to the deputy prime minister, at the same time the chief negotiator in the dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, says that the government will deliver the comments on time and within the deadline given on July 18.

Through a written answer to KosovaPress, he states that the government is constantly being constructive in the dialogue, but the same approach is missing from the Serbian side.

However, the deputy of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, tells KosovaPress that in Lajcak's last visit to Kosovo, he brought a plan for the sequencing of the Brussels Basic Agreement and the Ohrid annex, which is worse than the previous ones. the times they have been at the table.

He was critical of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, as according to him, he brought Kosovo a bad agreement, which does not have mutual recognition. According to him, Kurti and Bislimi should show what they are talking about in the dialogue, as he considers that during their governance they have caused great damage to Kosovo in this process.

Although the parties to the dialogue will submit comments on the implementation plan of the Brussels agreement, the former Kosovar diplomat, Blerim Canaj, is skeptical that there can be progress in this direction.

He tells KosovaPress that the key point of Lajcak's plan for the implementation of the agreement is the establishment of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority..
