Less than two weeks separate us from the 2024 Olympic Games and already the judokas of Kosovo are making their final preparations at the National Judo Center.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti has wished the Kosovar athletes good luck and success.

"We are proud, make us proud. Strength", Kurti said, among other things, in a video address on Facebook.

The Summer Olympic Games are held in Paris from July 26 to August 11, 2024. For the Kosovo Olympic Committee, Paris 2024 will be the third Summer Olympic Games.

Of the nine athletes, six have qualified directly, where five are from judo and one from boxing, while three athletes will participate by universal invitation, two from swimming and one from athletics.

The list is headed by Olympic champions judoka Distria Krasniqi and Nora Gjakova, then three other judokas, Laura Fazliu, Akil Gjakova, Loriana Kuka, while boxing will be represented by Donjeta Sadiku, athletics Gresa Bakraqi and swimming Hana Beiqi and Adell Sabovic.
