Prime Minister Albin Kurti received Elhame Muqolli, survivor of the massacre in Poklek, Teuta Elshanin, family member of the fallen, Afrim Hysenaj, author of the monograph on the massacre in Poklek and Fadil Muqolli, family member and owner of the House-Museum.

During the conversation, the survivor of the massacre shared her experiences during the war and the massacre in Poklek, as she expressed her dissatisfaction with the lack of justice for these crimes for 25 years.

Kurti emphasized the importance of testifying and documenting crimes, insisting on our right that all criminals end up behind bars in local or international justice.

They expressed their gratitude for the welcome and for the institutional support for the realization of the monograph and the museumization of the house where the massacre took place.

Prime Minister Kurti accepted from the author Afrim Hysenaj his two books, the monograph on the massacre of Poklek "House with blood on the walls", which will be promoted tomorrow at the House-Museum in Poklek, and the monograph on the massacre of the Delijaj family in Upper Abri - " The earth is red and the sky is black".

Serbian forces in the massacre carried out in Poklek on April 17, 1999 killed 53 Albanian civilians, among them five babies, the youngest was 6 months old. After the execution, Serbian forces returned and burned the corpses twice.
