Businessman Gazmend Selmani has raised his concern with the Kosovo Agency for Property Comparison and Verification regarding a tender. He wrote on Facebook that this Agency "deliberately missed" the comparison and verification of the offers and chose for the contract the offer with the highest price, no less than 51.5% in relation to the offer of the PBC company.

Even Selmani from the PCB company has published a document and mentioned the amount of damage that may have been caused to public property.

According to him, it is noted in the document that for the tender titled "Development, implementation and maintenance of the Application Software based on the mandate of AKKVP, a bidder with the highest price has won.

"What is 60,000 (sixty thousand) euros of damage to public property for a miracle?! The Kosovar Agency for Comparison and Verification of Property, intentionally, took away from it for comparison and verification of the offers and chose for the contract the offer with the highest price, of no less than 51.5% in relation to the offer of the PBC company, which is globally known for its seriousness, professional capacity, competitiveness and innovation that it has been bringing for 20 years. The meritorious response to this goal has taken its own path", he wrote on Facebook.
