The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren has filed an indictment against the defendants HZ, and RZ, because they committed the criminal offense of "Murder" as an accomplice.

According to the indictment, on 10.05.2024 at around 18:51 on the street "Tranisiti i Ri" in the Arbana district of Prizren, precisely at a car service, they deliberately started committing the criminal offense of murder against the victim JB, which he did not end, in such a way that after a preliminary dispute regarding the servicing of a car that happened the day before, between the defendant HZ, and the injured party JB

"While the injured JB was working inside a vehicle in his workshop, for a moment the defendants HZ and RZ appeared, who did not exchange a word while the injured was inside the vehicle and in an unprotected position, the defendants take out knives and with the same stab the victim several times, in the neck and in the region of the left ear, until they notice the witness S.B., who steps in to prevent the further attack. The victim, as a result of wounds received with a sharp instrument, in vital parts of the body, ends up in the Regional Hospital of Prizren "Prim.Dr. DautMustafa", with injuries described as in the Medical-Legal Expertise Act. Meanwhile, the defendants with their "Mercedes Benz 220C" brand car, after committing the crime, leave the scene and until 11.05.2024 they become unreachable for the prosecution bodies," the announcement states.

The prosecutor of the case, upon the indictment, has proposed to the Court that after holding the judicial examination, the administration of the evidence and their evaluation, the above-mentioned defendants for the criminal offense for which they are accused should be declared guilty and punished according to the law
