The former president of the United States of America (USA), Bill Clinton, remembered the moment when the international community, led by America, put an end to the war in Kosovo and the crimes of Serbia.

Former President Clinton, in a post on the X platform, has attached the video that shows the moments of that period and the period when, for 78 days, NATO bombed the military targets of Serbia to put an end to the crimes in Kosovo.

"Today I am giving thanks for 25 years of peace in Kosovo", Clinton wrote in X.

Twenty-five years ago, the United States led NATO allies in an air campaign that successfully drove out Serbian forces, ending a decade of repression and a brutal campaign of ethnic cleansing and ending the war in Kosovo. The military action helped restore self-government to the province and led to Kosovo's independence in 2008.
