With the launch of the second phase of the project "More choices: Gender Responsive Family Policies for the Private Sector in Kosovo - Phase 2", the importance of gender responsive family policies in the private sector is being promoted, as their implementation is also direct contribution to the creation of a women-friendly labor market.

This is what the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, said at the launch of the project "More Choices: Gender Responsive Family Policies for the Private Sector in Kosovo - Phase 2" by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Development Council. Sustainable.

Konjufca said that initiatives like this are very necessary to create an equal and inclusive society.

Meanwhile, the head of the Council for Sustainable Development Fatmire, Mulhaxha Kollçaku, has added that the new labor law will include equality, parental leave and night care.

Likewise, the head of the UNFPA Office, Visare Mujku-Nimani, stated that this project contributes to well-being, respect for gender equality rights and economic prosperity.
