The deputy of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Doarsa Kica-Xhelili, said through a video that single-source contracts are tenders that the state gives to whoever it wants, without public calls, without competition, without procedure.

She emphasizes that the law allows such contracts only in very specific cases, usually when that work can be performed by only one operator or in exceptional circumstances.
