The Parliamentary Investigative Commission regarding the procedures for the supply and management of state reserves was constituted today in the meeting of 8 of them, for the first time after 7 attempts. The work will continue from today (Thursday) based on the agreement that was made in the presidency of the Assembly and the mandate will be for 6 months.

However, the meeting did not pass without clashes and tensions between the deputies.

The "mess" of the clash between the MPs was when MP Halil Thaçi from VV asked for the position of the chairman of the Commission, Rashit Qalaj, regarding his statements he made about the minister Rozeta Hajdari about her arrest. He asked for a statement about them once again, since Qalaj had called them "scumbags", and for this reason several MPs have been called to be investigated by the prosecution, and according to him this is an unacceptable thing.

Thaçi of VV said that the reason why the opposition did not participate is that the international agreement was not voted on. He also called on the rest of the opposition to vote for the agreement because it is about the good of the citizens and does not fall under the domain of a single government.

The chairman of the commission, Rashit Qalaj, said that Thaçi's claims are unfounded. In the meeting held by the chairmanship, they reviewed a letter that they sent as part of the commission and requested that the chairmanship of the assembly be decided further.

On the other hand, Doarsa Kica-Xhelili from LDK said that this parliamentary commission is not for anyone's personal interests, and if someone feels it is to boost their ego because according to her, this has nothing to do with them personally. She added that with this vote of the quorum, they are being fed with a narrative that will make the commission's work impossible later if they do not vote on the work plan, and if we do not set the dates for invitations of the present members.
