Deputy Prime Minister and chief negotiator of Kosovo for dialogue with Serbia, Besnik Bislimi, and chief Serbian negotiator, Petar Petkovic, will meet tomorrow (Wednesday) in Brussels.

This was confirmed by the spokesperson of the European Union, Peter Stano.

He said that the envoy for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, will host the chief negotiators from both sides at the meeting.

"The focus will be on the implementation of the agreement of February 27 [Basic Agreement] and the steps to expand the situation in the north of Kosovo", said Stano.

The meeting between the two chief negotiators in Brussels is the fourth step agreed between Kosovo and the European Union for the extension of the situation in the north of Kosovo.

On July 10, the European Union and Kosovo agreed on a series of steps that Kosovo should take as part of the actions to expand the situation created in the north of the country.
