The friendship association between Kosovo and Austria was established.

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, at the inaugural ceremony, said that this association will deepen and strengthen Kosovo-Austria relations.

"Establishing this association will further strengthen the friendship of our two countries. It is extremely important that our countries strengthen ties. Austria is a friendly country that has always helped us," she said.

Meanwhile, the prime minister, Albin Kurti, said that Austria and Kosovo are two friendly and allied countries.

He also mentioned the positive trend of trade exchanges between the two countries.

On the other hand, the establishment of this association was also welcomed by the Austrian MEP, Lukas Mandl.
