Arbnor Morina, a football coach with a UEFA PRO license, in an interview on the show ''Me Kast'' on Glam Radio, said that young footballers should develop step by step, thus remembering his first beginnings and the sacrifices to become a great footballer.

''As a footballer, as a child, we collected balls behind the goal and it's not that I trained and played with juniors, but I went to senior matches and collected balls behind the goal for Cana, for Vokrri, Sinan, Dom'' - showing the great passion he had for football from a very young age.

Morina further says that the mindset of young parents needs to be changed.

"A child is not a bag of money that will solve a family's financial problems. I often tell parents who seek advice, when they tell me they are sending their son to such and such a club in Europe, that are you convinced that your son has passed all the tests to be mature enough to take a test there?" said Morina.

According to Morina, it should be accepted that many children can develop special talents, and others should be a healthy part of this society, engaging in sports but also becoming professionals in other fields.

Asked about the time when he aimed to become a footballer, Morina talks about the difficulties of that time.

''First of all, there was very strong competition, there was Fadil Muriqi, Agim Cana, a runner who even today has few like him, Ramadan Cimi was a footballer who could shoot the ball from 60 meters with both his left and right foot without any problems and his game was intelligent. The competition was very strong and they turned me into defense, many players have finished their careers not wanting to change positions, I accepted to play because my great desire was to join the great team of Pristina and prove myself'' - said Morina.

Morina says that obedience to the coach is the path to success, while emphasizing the fact that girls' football is also experiencing great development.

"Women's football has taken off, in the world we have national teams that play so well that they can even compete with boys in some countries. Football in Kosovo is developing with great strides, we have women's teams that have played in the Champions League, we have foreign footballers who have played in our championship," he says.

He said that the financial problems that have plagued the clubs for years have been largely resolved.

"The financial side has been largely regulated, which is a great relief. The other side of infrastructure remains, because to be honest, clubs cannot even retain players, coaches, or invest in infrastructure."

He even says that with public-private investments the situation could improve even more. As for the frequent movements of coaches from one club to another, Morina has an answer.

"They say that the results keep the coach, it's not like that, it depends on what ambitions the club has and how they are realized. Now there is a trend of coaches coming from abroad and they don't stay long, Kosovo coaches do the job well, often club leaders don't have the sense to wait for part of the work that has been foreseen to be realized."

According to Mourinho, if Liverpool has waited 30 years for a title, why not work hard and win titles?

Furthermore, Arbnor Morina says that there should be sports and health education in schools in order to raise educated and healthy generations.

"If we get results that our children have scoliosis out of the bag, we should add an hour of physical education," he said.

As for the famous discussion about which of the footballers who dominated world football in the last two decades, Messi or Ronaldo, is more qualitative and who is the "best of all time", coach Arbnor Morina proved to be professional by saying that they are different from each other, highlighting the abilities of both as high-caliber footballers who nevertheless occupy worthy places in the history of football over the years, especially modern football.
