According to the preliminary results of the Central Election Commission for the parliamentary elections on February 9, there will be 30 new deputies in the ninth legislature of the Assembly, unlike the previous one. According to these preliminary data, 35 deputies from the previous legislature have remained outside the Assembly. The new figures in the legislature are being welcomed by the monitors of the work of the Assembly, while they say that some former deputies have been punished by the people for their inaction, while others due to the lack of support from the party.
Based on the preliminary results of the CEC, without counting diaspora and conditional votes, LVV is expected to have 47 MPs, PDK 25, LDK 20 and AAK-Nisma 8.
The LVV has the most new MPs in this legislature, 10 of them. Behind it is the PDK, with 9 MPs, followed by the LDK with 6 new MPs and AAK-Nisma with five MPs. In the current ruling party, the Vetevendosje Movement, out of its 11 ministers who have run for MPs, 10 have received enough votes to win their mandates, while only the Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade, Rozeta Hajdari, has not received enough votes to be part of the Assembly, reports KosovaPress.
The new LVV MPs in this legislature are: Edona Llalloshi, Nezir Kraki, Valon Hoti, Liza Gashi, Drita Pajaziti, Agim Bahtiri, Ilir Kërçeli and Bylbyl Sokoli, while the former ministers who will be sworn in as MPs for the first time are Ejup Maqedonci and Artane Rizvanolli.

However, in order to enable the quota to be filled, Bekim Haxhiu and Arben Mustafa are risking their mandates, to be replaced by Arbnore Salihu and Kosovare Murseli.
On the other hand, in the Democratic League of Kosovo, based on the current preliminary results, new figures in the ninth legislature will be: Jehona Lushaku-Sadriu, Ekrem Hyseni, Fadil Hadergjonaj, Krenar Xhaferi, Shkemb Manaj, Paris Guri and Sadri Berisha, as well as the two mayors, Imri Ahmeti and Gazmend Muhaxheri, reports. KosovaPress.
Meanwhile, former MPs from the previous legislature have remained outside the assembly: Driton Selmanaj, Rrezarta Krasniqi, Valentina Bunjaku, Vlora Dumoshi and Drita Millaku.

Meanwhile, new MPs in this legislature will be Daut Haradinaj and Lahi Brahimaj, while from Nisma, Fatmir Limaj, Arbëreshë Krasniqi and Xhevahire Izmaku are expected to return to the Assembly. Meanwhile, Besnik Tahiri, Pal Lekaj, Shemsedin Dreshaj and Albana Bytyqi have remained outside.
However, he added that in the case of some candidates, former deputies of the previous legislature, who were active but did not win the mandate, the party is to blame for not directing the voter to vote.
Meanwhile, political expert Erblin Hoxha says that there will be new MPs in the ninth legislature, but this does not necessarily translate into quality.
However, the monitor of the work of the Assembly, Naim Jakaj, states that some candidates elected in the ninth legislature are professionals and technocrats, in certain departments.
In this context, he says that the ninth legislature will be better than the eighth legislature, reports KosovaPress.
