Citizens in Kocani have been protesting all day long, demanding responsibility for the tragedy at the "Puls" nightclub in Kocani, where 59 young people lost their lives, writes ALSA.
The outraged citizens started the protest march from the City Park, and then continued in front of the Koçan Prosecutor's Office and Basic Court. "We demand justice" and "murderers" were the citizens' cries.
The protest continued in front of a bar which, according to the protesters, belonged to the owner of the now-demolished nightclub. They also overturned a car which, according to the protesters, belongs to the owner of the "Puls" club, it reports. KosovaPress.
Protests also took place in front of the private home of the head of the Kocani Municipality, Lupco Papazov, who resigned earlier in the day. Citizens threw stones and eggs at his residence.
