Vuçiq previously said that the opposition and protesters are discussing plans to provoke a civil war and seize power in Serbia.
He has repeatedly claimed that the rally will be violent, that intelligence services have information about planned incidents, and that the state will prevent an attempted "color revolution."

Protests in Serbia have been ongoing since November last year, when 15 people were killed when a tent collapsed at the Novi Sad train station. Students and citizens are demanding accountability from Serbian authorities for what they say is widespread corruption and the nexus between crime and the state that led to the tragedy.
The "15 by 15" protest in Belgrade, called by students for a blockade, will be held on March 15.
