Dragan Shormaz, a former member of the Serbian Parliament from the SNS party, has criticized Kosovo Serbs for participating in protests in Serbia in support of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuçiq, write KosovaPress.

"In addition to some students, many scum, criminals, destroyed red berets... Serbs ordered from Kosovo have also arrived at 'Pioneer Park'! For a few red (money) of the day, continue to serve the criminals who have used you over the years to fill their and his pockets with green money! Misery," he wrote on X, broadcast KosovaPress.

Dragan Shormaz's reaction comes as a result of news that members of the notorious Serbian army unit, the "Red Berets", were seen on Tuesday in the camp in front of the Serbian Presidency in support of those who "oppose the blockade of faculties".

One of them was former Colonel Goran Radosavljevic - Guri, whose name is associated with the Recak massacre and the murder of the Bytyçi brothers.

The collapse of part of the roof at a train station in Novi Sad, which left 15 people dead, has led to protests in Serbia. Serbian President Aleksandar Vuçiq has accused foreign services of being behind the protests, while the Prime Minister of Serbia, Miloš Vučević, and the Mayor of Novi Sad, Milan Đurić, have so far resigned.

Protests in Serbia have entered their fifth month.
