Turkish troops from the KFOR reserves completed their deployment to the NATO-led mission in Kosovo, and they will replace units departing from Italy.

About 350 personnel from the 65th Mechanized Brigade of the Turkish Infantry, will carry out a series of activities, together with the KFOR troops, and will be engaged in response to any development in the field of security.

KFOR is well-resourced and well-positioned to prevent any potential risk of escalation and to handle any security scenario, in line with its mandate, the communique said.
