Russia has more sanctions than any other country, US President Donald Trump said yesterday evening, responding to reporters at the White House regarding peace negotiations in Ukraine.

US President Donald Trump said Vladimir Putin had not rejected the ceasefire, ANSA reports.

"I had some good conversations today about Russia and Ukraine," the US president said, speaking to reporters at the White House.

Trump also announced that the main guidelines of the Ukraine deal had been set after his talks with Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky.

"The total ceasefire could come very soon," he added.

The US president's activation aligns with the "coalition of the willing" - leaders who are expected to meet next Thursday in Paris to "finalize" work on security guarantees to be given to Kiev, it reports. KosovaPress.

The UN, according to recent developments, may have a role within the framework of a multi-level settlement scheme.

"Due to a drone strike in Rostov-on-Don, an explosion occurred in an apartment building. Emergency services were dispatched to the scene," the governor wrote. According to Tass, at least two people were injured.
