The initial hearing in the case where former KEK director Nagip Krasniqi, former procurement chief Ymer Dragusha, and lawyer Isuf Zejna are being accused has been postponed to February 7.
The pre-trial judge, Rrahman Beqiri, postponed the session because the evidence that Dragusha received the invitation was not returned.
He announced that the next session will start at 9:30, while adding that regarding the presence of the defendant Ymer Dragusha, the court is considering all possible actions, including issuing an arrest warrant.
"He sent the invitation for this session, while so far the submission form has not been returned to the court, which is why the court cannot determine whether he was duly invited or not," he stated.
"From the moment I received the invitation, I tried to get in touch via the phone that I have his number on, but there was no access to the phone," Krasniqi.
