Belgrade University students have announced tonight the locations of the blockades that will last until they leave to protest in front of the Parliament starting at 16:00 PM.

Students from Vozhdovac's faculties will block Autokomanda from 11:52, when they will observe 15 minutes of silence for the 15 victims of November 1 in Novi Sad as a result of the collapse of the railway canopy. The blockade will last until 13:00, after which the students will head towards the Parliament.

The Faculty of Agriculture announced that the rally will be held in two locations starting at 10:00 - in front of the Faculty of Agriculture and the roundabout of the Municipality of New Belgrade. A group of citizens will join the rally at the Civic Center of New Belgrade from 10:00. While from 14:30 they will set off towards the Parliament. The departure from the Boulevard "King Aleksandar" is from 13:00.

The students who blocked the Faculty of Forestry discovered the route of citizens and students coming from Çukarica. The plan is for them to reach Ada Mall from Vidikovci, via Zharkovo and Banovo Brdo at 13:00 and then head towards the Parliament.

The students on the blockade shared a map with meeting points across the city. The map shows the locations where people will gather and from where they will go together to protest in front of the Serbian Parliament at 16:00 PM, the post says.

The areas that will be blocked are Autokomanda, King Aleksandar Boulevard, the New Belgrade roundabout, and Republic Square.

We recall that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vuçiq, tonight said that tomorrow's protest is not registered and is illegal, warning of arrests.

"The organizers will bear all responsibility and we will do everything to ensure that it is peaceful. Those who threaten peace will be arrested," he said.

"You who destroy Serbs as a people, you who think that Kosovo is independent, you who think that Serbs are a genocidal people," he added. Vuçiq referring to the organizers of the protest, reports KosovaPress.

Protests in Serbia have been ongoing since November last year, when 15 people were killed when a tent collapsed at a train station in Novi Sad. Students and citizens are demanding accountability from Serbian authorities for what they say is widespread corruption and the nexus between crime and the state that led to the tragedy.
