It was precisely because of the invoices that the conflict started, said special prosecutor Florie Shamolli in the court hearing against Dibran Hoxha-Kobra, Roland Susur, Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazrek and Jesmir Badalli regarding the accusations of the murder of Visar Ceng, on January 3, 2023, in the bar "Cobra City" in Prizren.
Meanwhile, the accused have declared themselves innocent, as they did in the initial hearing held in March of this year.
Prosecutor Florie Shamolli said that the dispute and conflict between the victim and the accused happened because of bills.
Shamolli emphasized that based on the material and personal evidence provided during the investigation phase, it results that the accused have committed the criminal offenses according to the charge.
She expressed her conviction that "after analyzing each evidence separately, the court will be convinced that they have committed the criminal offense for which they are charged, will declare them guilty and will punish them according to the law".
The other accused Susuri, Vezaj, Mazreku, Badalli were also declared innocent.
The family member of the person killed in the January 2023 incident, Behar Cengu, said that he is a soldier and that he does not use the weapon "on his own brother".
In the court hearing, the accused Dibran Hoxha requested that the witnesses present in the case of the incident be informed about the case.
