The labeling of AAK leader Ramush Haradinaj as a "self-proclaimed general" by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Donika Gërvalla, cost the Vetëvendosje Movement 10 thousand euros. This is also the most severe punishment that the Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions imposed on this political entity with the decisions of January 29, 2025.

During her speech, she said that the opposition "does not know and does not want to govern in Kosovo," while calling the candidate for prime minister from the coalition for a Victorious Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, a "hero of Çakorri" and a "self-proclaimed general."

The LVV was also fined 5 euros for statements made by the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu. At a rally in Viti, she declared that "our opponents, our opponents have come together, so the crime and corruption clans have come together."

For using hate speech and incitement against opposing parties, LVV was also fined for a post by the candidate for deputy, Haxhi Avdyli. The amount of the fine imposed is 5 euros.

The ruling party has been fined eight thousand euros by the Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel because "party actors obstructed journalists from carrying out their work during the rally in Malisheva and Klina." According to the ECAP, they even used language that incited violence during the obstruction.

The ECAP has fined LVV 3 thousand euros also due to the participation of children in election rallies. Specifically, the candidate for deputy from this party, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, during a rally in Istog published a photo showing a child under the age of 15. Meanwhile, LVV was fined 2 thousand euros by the ECAP for the participation of children in the election rally in Pristina.
