Mayor of Shtime Qemajl Municipality Aliu, has made a decision to approve the request of this municipality for expropriation in the public interest of the real estate of the owners and interest holders located in the Shtime cadastral area, which are affected by the "Opening and asphalting" of the road that connects the roads. Wiliam Walker" and "12 Kershori" street, according to the table attached hereto the decision.

According to the decision, the compensation value of the properties is determined by the Office for Real Estate Assessment/Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers of the Republic of Kosovo.

The Directorate for Urban Planning, Cadastre and Geodesy of the Municipality of Shtime is obliged to implement this decision.

The requesting entity will provide the financial means for expropriation compensation to Shtime Municipality.
