The draft resolution of the Democratic Party of Kosovo addressing the findings of the report of the American State Department was not put to the vote due to the lack of an insufficient number of deputies present at the plenary session. The draft resolution was read by PDK deputy Bekim Haxhiu, who said that this document obliges the Kurti Government to draw up a concrete plan for addressing the findings of the DASH report within 30 days, to contain concrete actions for each finding of the report and the Government within the deadlines to report to the Assembly on the implementation of these measures.

The Deputy Speaker of the Assembly Saranda Bogujevci did not put the draft resolution to the vote due to lack of quorum, saying that the remaining items of the agenda will be sent to the Presidency of the Assembly, which will decide on the next session. On April 22, DASH published the report on Kosovo, where, among other things, problems with the independence of the judiciary and restrictions on media freedom were the main concerns. The report states that in 2023, no major changes were reported regarding the human rights situation in Kosovo. The position led by the Vetëvendosje Movement said that the report has omissions and inaccuracies, as according to her, the report over the years has shown problems with the functioning of justice. The Vetëvendosje movement compared the contents of previous reports and for last year, where it said that the government has inherited problems. The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo said that the DASH report shows the high level of corruption and that the Government of Prime Minister Albin Kurti has received the biggest blow in the last year. While the Democratic League of Kosovo, declared that the report has destroyed the government's propaganda to fight corruption and that the United States of America has "sealed that the Kurti Government is a certified traitor". Even the Democratic Party of Kosovo has criticized the Kurti Government for corruption, saying that "five ministers are under corruption". The Democratic Party proposed the debate on DASH's findings, as this report is worrying for Kosovo. Such a request was also received from the Democratic League and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
