The Presidency of the Assembly of Kosovo holds the next meeting in which 27 items of the agenda, unfinished from the previous sessions, as well as nine new items of the next session are planned to be reviewed.

In today's meeting, which starts at 11:00, proposals and other requests will be examined.

I. Unfinished item from the Extraordinary Session, held on March 28, 2024:

1. Voting for the establishment of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry for procurement procedures negotiated without publication of contract notices, in ministries and central public enterprises.

II. Plenary session postponed from the scheduled date to be held on May 24, 2024:

1. Review of the Draft Resolution for three years of governance.

III. Unfinished items from the plenary session, held on September 12, 2024:

1. Approval of the minutes from the previous sessions,

5. Appointment of seven (7) members of the Kosovo Council for Cultural Heritage,

Voting for the establishment of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry on the executive responsibilities of the Ministry of Justice in relation to the suspicious fires in the Institute of Forensic Medicine, the disappearance of samples in the case of Astri Dehari and any action or inaction of this ministry that has violated the independence and responsibilities legal of this institute,

8. Establishment of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry for the process of calculating the debts of the water bottling companies, as well as the manner and basis of debt repayment by the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure,

9. The establishment of the Ad-Hoc Commission for the selection of candidates for three (3) members of the Radio and Television Board of Kosovo, from the Albanian community.
